Today..

was a rather easy day! I worked out and opened my new Playboy Girls Next Store Workout tape and I have to say I was truly saddened by this tape. I think this is prob a good video for men to watch but as far as a beginner tape- think again.....Oh and don't forget to have your jump rope handy in your room hahah ya Kendra has a jump rope routine...ha! Anyways, getting back on track! STAY HAPPY AND HEALTHY!
